Nelson Wong: Belarus has always been a friendly county to China

As the conflict in Ukraine passed one year mark, China unveiled highly anticipated paper on the political settlement of Ukraine crisis. This is quite an unusual practice for the country which tries to avoid meddling into the conflicts. Nelson Wong, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Centre for RimPac and International Studies, analyses the perspectives of these proposals, China’s foreign policy amid international pressure, strenghening relations with Belarus.
